The team undertake continuous professional development and over many years have attended many additional courses to further develop their knowledge and skills. The team also set up and for 5 years ran the Burnley and District childminder network which supported childminders to access Early Years Funding.
Drawing on this extensive experience, the NCS team can offer professional support to your childcare business. The NCS Network Meeting aims to refresh, network, inform, support and facilitate discussion of relevant topics (and burning issues) and also offers opportunity to catch up with other childminder colleagues, with of course tea, coffee and cakes.
